Kurt Fletcher is an attending student at Winchester University, the leading head to the white-run humor/satire magazine Pastiche, the son to President Fletcher and brother to Sofia Fletcher. He is the central antagonist in the indie film Dear White People and a supporting character in the Netflix adaption series of the same name.

Kurt Fletcher is often cynical and reacts almost in complete opposite to the effects and efforts of Samantha White and other black students. However, with the rise of alt-right movements on campus, he has acknowledged the error of his ways and motioned to make change and peace.
